Newegg was founded in 2001 as a US-based e-commerce, platform. The retailer specialises in electricals products such as hard drives, gaming monitors, software and more.

In 2010 Newegg launched its affiliate program, partnering with Rakuten who are a global affiliate network. They offer a 7% revenue share model which is very good for the industry, especially considering the 30 day cookie window.
