Is it possible to make money doing affiliate marketing on Facebook?

Just copy the affiliate link and them paste it of your feed. On the other hand I’m assuming your Facebook friends are all friends and family? So it depend if you feel comfortable selling to them.
Or do you mean running things such as display facebook ads?

The truth is you do not need one, and you can be an affiliate marketer on Facebook. You first need to create a Facebook account (if you do not have one) and then a page or group. Once you have done this, you can grow your audience and churn out engaging content. This way, you can be able to interact with your audience and find out what they like. After growing your audience, you can now introduce your affiliate links. However, do not spam your readers with many promotional posts and stick to the 80/20 rule of posting. Eighty percent of your content should be informative, educative, or just funny, while 20 percent of it should be promotional.

There are two ways in which you can drive traffic to your affiliate offer.
Create ads: Facebook ads seem to convert well in my experience. Your best bet is to come up with an original image or video and target the right audience.
Groups on Facebook:- This strategy is effective but takes time to implement. You can start a Facebook group and post content relevant to your niche.
You can use these methods to promote your business on Facebook. eCommerce is booming right now, so you can take advantage of it. Here’s a list of the best affiliate programs to promote on Facebook according to The Affiliate Monkey.
